Home – Together We Can Restore the Earth

Vast areas of Earth have been degraded by human activity...

We are building Ecosystem Restoration Camps to restore these lands to ecological health and vitality.

Together We Can Restore the Earth

We are a growing, grassroots movement of everyday people dedicated to restoring degraded land.

We have big plans for 2019 and beyond as Ecosystem Restoration Camps grows into a global movement

We have the knowledge, tools, and experience to restore degraded landscapes on a global scale.

Ecosystem Restoration Camps is a movement to apply this knowledge through direct action in order to reverse ecological destruction and create a healthy future for our planet.

Who we are and What we do:

Ecosystem Restoration Camps is a non-profit organisation founded by a movement of people who wanted an action-based solution to address accelerating climate change.  The camps are a practical, hands on way to restore land degraded by humans.  Our mission is to work with local communities and build camps that transform degraded landscapes into lush, abundant, life-giving ecosystems.  We are committed to preserving our planet for future generations.

Ecosystem Restoration Camps are hubs of restoration activity where campers can work together with the local community to actively implement restoration strategies while learning restoration techniques that can be applied in other areas.

We envision a global network of Ecosystem Restoration Camps supporting the emergence of fully-functional, peaceful, abundant, biologically diverse Earth brought about through cooperative efforts for the ecological restoration of degraded lands.  Read more in Our Vision…
